Well, everyone had to go through a difficult time due to the sudden emergence of a virus (COVID-19) that disturbed the working schedule of the whole world. Every single sector was severely affected. The same was in cargo sector as well. Since, there were not many international travelers as almost every country was under strict lockdown order in order to stop the spreading of virus. Many airlines did not operate during this phase as they were not getting enough passengers and were going on a big loss. So there were very limited flights operating and they used to charge high amounts, making it difficult for the customers and the forwarders.
But even during this phase, we still managed to help our customers. Taking some serious risk, we managed to charter flights of various airlines to satisfy the needs of our customers.
Although the workload was immense, we still managed to complete the task successfully and we were the first ones to take this risk. The workload doesn’t count as the customers were immensely satisfied because they were provided with the best quality of service even in this time. This phase even increased our relationship with the customers.
